By the way, the wheel coming off my chair is based on a true story! A few years ago I was on holiday in Italy, visiting Pompeii, and my wheel fell off. Fortunately, my brother-in-law managed to fix it on again with the judicious use of a convenient piece of masonry -ahem-. I did not fall out of the chair though, the person pushing me managed to hold it up on the other three wheels while I got out safely.
