Build a Minifig-Mobile Contest

Over at the Brick Comic Network we are running a rather cool "Build a Minifig-Mobile" contest.

We are challenging you to build a vehicle for the series 2 collectable minifigs. The new collectable minifigs are cool but they need something to get around in. Your task is to build them a vehicle, any kind of vehicle as long as it represents the minifig.

First Annual BCN Caption Contest

Over at the Brick Comic Network (BCN) we’re running the "First Annual BCN Caption Contest" - we provide a four-panel comic, you provide the speech! So here's more info (ask questions here!) and the contest entry thread - you need to sign-up to the Brick Comic Network forum to enter (you don't have to have your own comic).

Notice of Upcoming Maintenence

Due to my web-host doing some important maintenance on the database system, Tranquility Base will not be working properly for a while. I have no time-frame yet, but I will get a notice 24 hours prior to the work, so will put up another notice when I know more.

Database Problems - FIXED!

We are currently experiencing a problem with the database. Tranquility Base will be acting peculiar for a while, and the archives and permalinks will not work properly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Tranquility Base Forum is Back

Tranquility Base borrows a little corner of the Tabletown Forum, thanks to Doctor Sinister. For the past few weeks it has been shut to new registrations due to nasty, horrible, annoying spammers.
