Comment Form Terms and Conditions

In using this website's Comment Form, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Use of the Comment Form shall be deemed acceptance of these terms.

  1. Posting Rules

    • Do not post personal information about anyone, and we advise against posting it about yourself.
    • Do not pretend to be somebody else, or pretend an affiliation with another person/group.
    • Do not post any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, 'junk mail', 'spam', 'chain letters', or any other form of solicitation, including (but not limited to) requests for personal, charity or commercial sponsorship.
    • Do not post any content that you do not have a right to transmit (e.g. by law, or commercial non-disclosure agreement).
    • Do not post any content that infringes the intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights or other similar rights of any party.
    • Do not post anything that might breach/violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.

    Tranquility Base reserves the right to edit, block or remove any material that it deems to break these rules.

  2. Tranquility Base is not responsible for all content posted via the Comment Form. The views posted by others do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Louise Dade, the author/owner of Tranquility Base Comic.
    • NOTE: Tranquility Base can not moderate the Comment Form at all times and there is a risk you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable in accordance with the above rules. Please report such instances via the Contact Form.
  3. Tranquility Base reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend or discontinue the Comment Form (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  4. Tranquility Base reserves the right to make changes to these terms from time to time without notice and it is your responsibility to determine such changes. Continued use of the Comment Form shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these terms.
