Panel 1: A typical, non-descript, office some where on Tranquility Base. Bob the Martian and an older gentleman are at a desk.

Scrooge:

And waste our budget, Bob? Put a coat on young man, the Base isn't made of money.

Panel 2: Two co-workers enter

Co-worker 1:

Good afternoon, Ebenezer! Are you coming to the Financial Services staff holodeck party?

Scrooge:

Absolutely not.

Panel 3: Bob stands back, looking dejected.

Scrooge:

It's a waste of time money and resources.

Co-worker 1:

Where's you're holiday spirit?

Scrooge:

Bah humbug!

Panel 4: Co-worker #2 has noticed Bob.

Co-worker 2:

At least let Bob come along.

Scrooge:

Bob can go when its end of his shift and not a minute earlier.

Panel 5: Time passes, Bob approaches Scrooge's desk.

Two hours later - end of shift

Bob:

Sir?

Scrooge:

Very well Bob, you may go.

Bob:

Will you be leaving too?

Scrooge:

No, I've still got work to do.

Panel 6: Bob has grabbed his briefcase and is leaving the office. Scrooge is still at his desk, looking at his computer screen while holding papers in his hands.

Bob:

Merry Christmas, Sir.

Scrooge:
