As soon as I saw the first completely legitimate, official and non-confidential images of the Squid alien in the Series 3 Collectable Minifigs, I knew he was going to be Squidman's cousin! However, getting hold of him was going to be tough, as there are no longer bar codes on the packs and the bumps proved a bit unreliable (not to mention hard to make out). For a while it looked like this bit of the story was only going to feature Squidman's friend Clive (introduced in episode #161), but thanks to a generous benefactor, Algy is now helping to free the reprobate! After all, he is family.

The only problem now is that they have been overheard!

Yes, I know there is another Squid in the Space Police line, and I do have that one, but it is already earmarked for a different future character.
