I get the impression that this particular cupboard, I mean, cell has been waiting for Squidman for a very long time. That's the real reason it's different to all the others - it wasn't part of the remodelling project. Why there is a window in a cupboard I don't know, maybe they added it just to torment Squidman with views of the outside world?

Let's hope Squidman's lawyer has been working hard on his behalf on the outside.
