Yes, this is actually the ultrasonic sensor from the Mindstorms NXT set.

It was Houston Texas who went missing in episode #86. I nearly made a boob when I included him in episode #103, but luckily you can't see that it's him (helmet on, visor down, back facing us), it could be any spacedude - he isn't named in the episode.

Oh and remember that Captain Hans Deckard doesn't need a helmet and airtanks, he carries around his own Portable Atmospheric Device (episode #31) - although it's not raining at the moment.
