I've started adding transcripts to comics. Currently only new comics will have transcripts, but gradually I'll add transcripts to the archives. You can choose to "Show" or "Hide" transcripts, which will save a cookie to your browser ("Show stores the cookie, "Hide" deletes it). Transscripts are visible on the episode pages (permalinks) only, and not on the home page.
I think it is pretty obvious what I'm poking fun at. We may be seeing more of the Galaxy Voyager - there are more jokes to tell here.
Oh and in case you've forgotten what one is: Red Shirts.
The background photo of the spiral galaxy (catchily named "NGC 4414") comes from a really cool NASA resource of public domain images: NSSDC Photo Gallery. The galaxy is 19.1 megaparsecs (about 60 million light-years) distant from our solar system.
Obviously, the use of their photo doesn't imply that NASA endorse this comic or website, etc... etc... blah... blah... you know the rest.
