Episodes now with transcripts

Posted: 1 month ago

I've started adding transcripts to comics. Currently only new comics will have transcripts, but gradually I'll add transcripts to the archives. You can choose to "Show" or "Hide" transcripts, which will save a cookie to your browser ("Show stores the cookie, "Hide" deletes it). Transscripts are visible on the episode pages (permalinks) only, and not on the home page.

Set 4958, a Monster Dino called Neville.

This is the only episode that does not take place in the Tranquility Base world. It breaks the fourth wall even more than the Christmas episode.

I didn't really have trouble thinking of an episode; I'd just acquired Neville and I wanted to use him. I didn't think I could get away with him stomping all over Tranquility Base.

The episode title is a reference to, as you guessed, the novel/film Jurassic Park. Most of the dinosaurs featured are from the Cretaceous period which comes much later than the Jurassic. A really rather fundamental error -- plonkers. That's not its only issue... maybe I'll revisit it one day.

Oh, and I'm wearing my proper outfit here, but still haven't got my fleshy head.
