I've started adding transcripts to comics. Currently only new comics will have transcripts, but gradually I'll add transcripts to the archives. You can choose to "Show" or "Hide" transcripts, which will save a cookie to your browser ("Show stores the cookie, "Hide" deletes it). Transscripts are visible on the episode pages (permalinks) only, and not on the home page.
My pride and joy -- Futuron set 6990, Monorail Transport System. The actual, original, one I was given as an Xmas prezzie as a child, with the accessory track kit too. In the background, you can just see another Futuron set, the 6893, Orion II Hyperspace spacecraft.
The idea for this episode arose from the question: "how do the spacemen travel around?" The monorail train only carries cargo boxes, not passenger carriages.
The final panel is supposed to show the monorail going up one of the slopes, where the issue of not having seats becomes apparent.
